• Identifying and developing relationships with all stakeholders within the organization to assist with attracting and recruiting a diverse pool of talent
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social and recruiting platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
• An intimate understanding of knowing where, how and what to recruit
• Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
• Listen to managers, understand and solve their needs

• Excellent (fluid) command in written and spoken in English
• Recruiter / talent acquisition for at least 3 years
• Skilled in recruiting expats and remote team members (you need to know where to find international talents)
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to analyze and interpret
• Experienced in writing descriptions, sourcing candidates and using recruitment boards
