Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing & Media Solutions)

Position Summary

Elevate Ventures is looking for a well-versed, creative, and passionate ‘Business Development Manager’ (Digital Marketing & Media Solutions). Who will be responsible for building and directing the firm's multi-businesses business relations and developments. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and tactical business development approach to scaling the firm’s businesses.


We are seeking an experienced ‘Business Development Manager’.  Who is an expert at pitching digital & media solutions. Who can manage and own the business development pipeline. From prospecting, qualifying, and presenting to closing and referrals. You understand the entire business sales cycle. Maintain warm relations with prospects while presenting the company’s services to these prospects. With keen attention to detail and stellar communication skills, you will thrive to be an expert closer. The position works with the core management team.








What You Will Do

  • Maintain key client relationships, develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's client base
  • Generate new leads and handle existing client relationships 
  • Take ownership of the entire business development cycle, from prospecting all the way through to closing and referrals
  • Connect with prospects and set up calls to drive prospects down the sales funnel
  • Communicate with company’s internal team to provide updates on sales pipeline
  • Present the company’s services to prospects and existing clients
  • Manage CRM and update team members on statuses of prospects and leads

Qualifications

  • Must be excellent in pitching B2B clients
  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing and sales, management consulting, business development role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong and business development skills
  • Fluency in English is required (speaking, writing, reading)
  • Demonstrated history of closing deals, most importantly on the phone
  • Passion for Web 3.0, blockchain, DeFi, gaming, NFTs and crypto enthusiasts and how to engage & motivate them (is a PLUS)
